In two weeks, President Trump plans to launch a new visa program to attract rich foreigners to America. The "gold card" sells for $5 million and offers a path to citizenship.

I know there are programs for professionals where if you're in a certain % of your field and can pass some test, you get an instagreen card and admission. I've met a few doctors who have come to the US on that sort of process.
