This has been the underlying principle of western jurisprudence for over 900 years.
The concept that every single human being is entitled to a hearing by a neutral arbiter.
This is no longer the basis of American justice.
We all live under the whim of a tyrannical madman.
Remember, this could happen to YOU.
You could be swept up off the streets by masked government "agents", not in uniform and thus completely not identifiable, put in an unmarked vehicle, taken to an airplane in shackles and dumped in a foreign country where you don't speak the language, where the country is in civil war (Libya) or into a concentration camp (El Salvador).
This is happening to undocumented immigrants, to legal immigrants, to green card holders and to US citizens.
And without a day in court you must rely on the efficiency, effectiveness and good will of the current regime.
This is not hyperbole, this is the reality we now live in.
This is truly life under a king.
