And what do you think about ICE just keeping him in detention anyway, despite a court order for his release?

Crime is a concern for anyone coming to the United States.
Crime is overall down in the past thirty years, so you're just lying with your dumb little snarky comment anyway.

But that's always been the case.
USA has always been #1 in gun violence in the modern world, and always will be.
But that is not the same as it now being legal for the Untied States to kidnap a visitor and send them to a different country.
