Veterans for Peace recently reported: "Spouses and parents of USAF, US Army, USMC, and USN servicemembers in the Middle East told of plummeting morale, lack of basic supplies, and attacks on US military bases that are not reported in the US media."

Data on Iran's military: Iran is a top 20 military power

The Persians, whose civilization goes back 5,000 years and gave the world chess, world class wrestlers, delicious cuisine, exotic musical syncopations, and the concept "zig-zag" -- supported militarily by China and Russia -- are going to punish Dummkopf Trumpf mightily for his intergalactic folly and manifest incompetence.

From the cited article ...

... Iran will shift to a "fully offensive" military posture because efforts to negotiate a permanent end to the war with the U.S. have stalled, a senior Iranian official told Reuters on Monday, as Washington ruled out extending a temporary ceasefire agreement.

Outward progress towards peace talks and a resumption of oil tanker traffic through the strategic Strait of Hormuz has ground to a halt, threatening to extend the conflict that the U.S. and Israel launched with attacks on Iran on February 28. ...

So, Iran is now saying publicly something that Pres Trump has taught them...

The Iranian control of the Strait of Hormuz may be a more potent force to face the world than Iran possessing a nuclear bomb.

Yeah for Pres Trump!

Donald Trump Says 'We Won' Iran War (March 11, 2026)
www.newsweek.com

... President Donald Trump said Wednesday that the war with Iran had already been decided in America's favor.

He told supporters in Hebron, Kentucky, that the conflict was effectively over almost as soon as it began. Trump said U.S. forces knocked out 58 Iranian naval vessels and eliminated the country's air force.

"Let me say we've won. You know, you never like to say too early you won. We won. We won, in the first hour it was over, but we won," the president said. ...

I wonder if MAGA would like to weigh in and explain the rationality behind our support of the apartheid nation, Israel, as if it is our 51st state, and them maybe explain that sneak attack that murdered over 80 of the Iranian leaders, meeting at our direction to hammer out another agreement.

Trump thinks, and announced just recently, that the Strait of Hormuz is now a U.S. Territory.

I wonder when some brave staffer is going to tell him?

Or is it big men, white coats and rubber room time?

"They were just waiting for the US to run out of defensive missiles."

They certainly appeared to be waiting for signs of weakness.

And dumbass Trump delivered, as if on que.

Now the tables have turned.

TWINPAC - Is it true the announcement emanated from a crusty Trump Shuttle coffee-tea-me cart groaning under the weight of its load: a pliable valet and washed-up caddy plus Baldo & Binkie?

"may", like a headline that ends with a ?

Infrastructure routes around the Strait over time, the strategic value is depreciating and will continue to accelerate away from it. Saudi moved 60% of their exports out through Yanbu using the "Petroline". Houthis were supposed to suppress that, ended up getting blown up by the Yemeni National Army that's now chasing them with Ukrainian FPV drones.

ZITS

My guess is all the Iranians had to do is watch the U.S. Cabel news.

SITZ

My second guess is that Iranians trust well sourced network news more than, like you, who treats Trump's word as the gospel.

Are you not aware that Trump is a pathological liar who would rather lie when it's easier to tell the truth?

You should guess far less, you are terrible at it.

You know there exists news that you can consume that is neither Iranian regime, nor Trump..

This binary ---- makes you retarded, and many posters on this site for that matter.

Trump said they had a deal. Iran said they didn't.

Who is telling the truth?

Who would you believe? The person who has been proven right or the person who is proven to just lie over and over?

And partially open means only ships that Iran is allowing.

U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent admitted he was puzzled by a sudden jump in crude markets, stating in an interview, "We've got a spike in oil prices today that I don't really understand."

Pissant, oil prices spiked because the smelly orange child rapist attacked Iran.

I remember in 2012 the Republicans in Congress raking Democrat USSECSTATE Hillary Clinton over white hot coals because of Benghazi, a failed covert CIA plan to secure loose weapons from the tribes of Libya, an oil-rich country which fell into complete anarchy after Muammar Khaddafi was toppled and executed.

To score political points, Republicans exposed that CIA mission which US Army General "Betray-Us" also idiotically disclosed.

"Argh! Why didn't you call for airstrikes from Aviano AB in Italy? Pflargh!!"

Because the USAF didn't know about the secret CIA mission and the USAF would have to get permission from Italy -- a NATO ally -- to use their airspace for a non-NATO mission.

And the CIA contractors would order a "danger-close" strike on their own position? Were they on the same frequency as the USAF? The outnumbered USG personnel were in a pitched battle with the eneny and the US Envoy -- a personal friend of the Clintons -- was whacked.

And by the time the F16s would get there, the fire-fight would have been over.

The Republicans made it sound as if this tribal attack in Libya took place in Iraq where the USAF would have intervened on behalf of USSSOF personnel on a mission.

And POTUS Barack Obama (D) was re-elected in Nov 2012, so the GOP smear campaign failed, try as they did.
