... "I've heard a lot of things about, Are people using human sewage as fertilizer?' I think just the conditions on the farms we need to monitor much, much more carefully," Neal Shah told "Katie Pavlich Tonight" on Friday.

Federal officials have said there is a link between iceberg lettuce from Mexico and the rash of stomach parasite cases across the U.S., but health experts, including Shah, caution there could be more than one food source that needs to be identified.

Shah said Americans don't know enough about how some of their food is grown abroad.

In some countries, he said, "humanure" is used as a fertilizer, especially with rising fertilizer prices.

In the U.S., treated sewage sludge known as "biosolids" can be used to "condition the soil or fertilize crops or vegetation grown in the soil," according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. ...

The hopeless, bad people' just won Donald Trump's World Cup
www.politico.com

... Turns out, revenge is a dish best served on a warm Sunday afternoon in a New Jersey swamp.

President Donald Trump has spent much of his second term in office berating Spain over its anemic military spending and refusal to allow American forces to use Spanish bases for bombing missions in Iran. Earlier this month, Trump branded the country "hopeless," derided the Spanish as "bad people" and briefly threatened to cut off all trade in goods with Madrid.

Today, the president who in March dubbed the country a "loser" had to celebrate Spain as the winner of a World Cup that Trump worked to make his own.

He handed the sports world's greatest prize to captain Rodri in front of Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez, King Felipe VI and a global television audience of more than one billion. ...

"Pvt. Gonzales was assigned to 1st Battalion, 57th Air Defense Artillery Regiment, 52nd Air Defense Artillery Brigade, 10th Army Air Missile Defense Command, Ansbach, Germany."

The release says "enemy attack," but the "incident is under investigation."

The enemy didn't kill PVT Gonzales? Then who did?

When I was in the US Army, enemy attacks in Iraq and Afghanistan were recorded in the SIGACTS database. I don't remember seeing an "investigation" of an enemy attack unless it was a Talib infiltrator.

SIGACTS = Significant Actions

Pete Hegseth fantasizes about being a member of a heavy metal stud leather Band. His ultimate dream is to prance around onstage with the band MANOWAR, along with his homoerotic CRUSADER and NAZI fixations. Offstage, he perpetually punches his petite pipe puppy to the thoughts of bombing and killing Iranian children.

Now? Not just "No," but a vehement "No!" Followed by a "Not until" checklist of the some of the regime's more egregious behaviors and attitudes.

From a reader in Australia;

"Mate. You run a country with 600,000 homeless people sleeping on the street tonight. A country where 40% of adults can't cover a $400 emergency without borrowing money. A country where insulin costs more than a car payment and people are rationing it to survive. A country where medical debt is the number 1 cause of bankruptcy. A country where women are dying in hospital car parks because doctors are too scared of abortion laws to treat a miscarriage.
You lock up more of your own citizens than any nation on earth. More than China. More than Russia. More than North Korea. The land of the free has 2 million people in cages, and a quarter of them haven't even been convicted of anything. They're just too poor to make bail.
Your life expectancy is going backwards. You're the only developed nation where that's happening. Your infant mortality rate is worse than Cuba's. Your kids do active shooter drills between maths and English while you sell the gunmaker's stock to your mates.
Your minimum wage hasn't moved in 15 years. You've got teachers working 2 jobs and veterans sleeping under bridges and you just spent a trillion dollars flattening a country that didn't attack you.
And you've got a convicted felon, adjudicating raping, ---------- protecting, porn star -------- insurrectionist running the biggest dumpster fire war campaign since the Taliban thanked you very much for losing again.
And you're calling Greenland poorly run?"
