Trump's condemnation of Swift was egregious and nasty. It's the best example yet of why the man is simply freaking crazy. Clinical.
I think that his best hope for a second term is to pull another coup. When this happens, he just needs to be arrested and incarcerated. As rapidly as possible.

Just the latest example of Trump's incredibly poor judgment. His narcissism is so extreme, and his willpower so weak, that he simply cannot resist the temptation to get back at somebody who's not in his corner. I don't think he understands what he's dealing with here.

Trump brought it on himself. He jumped the gun and published a lot of AI generated photos of himself and Swift together, claiming that he had her endorsement.
Fake photos is not how you win an endorsement. All it did was force her to respond with her REAL endorsement . . . which made him look like a fool. (granted, it was a short trip).
Trump has been his own worst enemy all his life. He's a self-defeater. It's no surprise that he'd take a nasty swipe at the most popular entertainer in the United States. Trump is so self-defeating that sometimes I think it's just a dare to prove everybody is wrong.
