Autogynephilia is the predominant factor in the USA and most of the West.
Invasion of women-only spaces by men declaring themselves women and whining about civil rights when they are asked to leave... is a problem.
Mass rejection by the lesbian community... and gay communities as a whole.
Healthy genitals replaced with scar tissue and skin grafts.
Implants are foreign bodies inserted for appearance.
Lifetime on steroids. Not replacement therapy but imposition therapy.

The people who reject your sexual advances are called transphobes... because heaven help the potential lover if they have a genital preference when they want to go to town on a lover.
It's ironic to me that by and large... trans people rarely and I do mean rarely... want to date other trans people... for the same reasons... they too have genital preferences for their lovers.
It's a shame the trans community didn't do the math... 6-ish% of the population is homosexual. Meaning if a gay man were to walk into a room with 100 people divided equally among the two sexes, he would have 3 people in the room that are consensually dateable. Percentage-wise, it's a lonely world.
Now you insert yourself as a trans whatever... 0.6 percent or less than one person in that room is available to you... I can only imagine the loneliness... often leading you to guilt-trip those who won't play along... as if everyone else is the problem. Well... women are used to men running b.s. guilt trips... to get sex from a woman... even pity sex.
I tell every lesbian woman trans-sympathiser... to have sex with one and report back... and tell me it was a woman. In fact... I will put that dare up to any person of any sexual orientation.
All I do is discuss the difficult and delusional reality of the trans community... my comments are long-winded because I don't believe it's a subject that should be glossed over by well-meaning... but naive people. Tomboys and Sissies should grow up with all their parts in place... most grow up and mature out of any dysphoria... if you leave them the feck alone.
