Even Trump's own Energy Secretary admits his claim that gas price increases would be "short-term" is a lie. Gas is now over $4 nationally, and $5.85 in California. I filled a rented 2025 F-150 XLR last weekend. 3/4 tank for $88, at a Bucees which tends to be on the lower end of the price spectrum. However, that was 670 miles of range on a full tank.

23 mpg average, Houston to San Antonio and back. Might have done a little better in eco mode but probably not much.

Picture that gas meter as Donald Trump sucking the ever-living soul out of you.
I think that most people already do.

Remember, as it says in The Book of Books: "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal." So, let it go, tomorrow's another day, fuhgedaboudit, two maybe three weeks it'll blow over. Thank you for your attention to this matter. ~ MAGAJesus.

$4.06 in WNY. Usually don't let the tank drop below 1/2 so half a tank is $30 or so.
I've cut my speed on the highway and now average 34.6 MPG on my Subie.

Regular is up $1 and Diesel is up $1.60 here in rural Texas.
The rural boys are screaming all over the local Facebook groups. But none of them are mentioning Trump of course. Just begging for handouts.

*** Oil Companies Making $30 Million Per Hour in Unearned Profit Because of this War on Behalf of Israel ***
"The world's top 100 oil and gas companies banked more than $30 million every hour in unearned profit in the first month of the illegal war the US launched against Iran on behalf of Israel. Saudi Aramco, Gazprom, and ExxonMobil are among the biggest beneficiaries of the bonanza."

$3.99 in St. Louis. Was $2.49 when Trump launched this ill-conceived war of his.

I sold my 2018 XLT back in autumn, 2024. I bought a 12x20' pre-cut modular A-frame with the proceeds. Happy I did.

The last time I filled-up was April 9th and I paid $5.399 for regular at our local COSTCO. According to their app, if I were to fill-up today, it would cost $5.359.
For the record, I live in Southern California, and at the name brand stations, like Chevron, the gas there is over $6 a gallon.

87 oct: $5.19 Diesel : $6.70
Paying the same prices under Biden, all the whining is pretty funny.
Can you do this with a Ford-F250 7.3L diesel? Interested; just to justify the truck to the wife.

#8 Evidently, over $9/gal.

Biden didn't start the Ukraine war.
Trump started the Iran war.
Try again but be less stupid this time.
