"judges have ruled against ICE detention practices in roughly 90 percent of cases since the agency mandated that millions of immigrants must be locked" www.politico.com

The White House is blaming liberal judges but the truth is of the 10K+ cases were handled by nearly 500 different judges, many of those who were appointed by Trump and other republican presidents.

#27: Good question, South_American.

People need to wake up to the fact that the regressives have won. We are witnessing the death of liberalism.

Regressives have been fighting for centuries to turn back the concept of representative democracy and equality. They want a return to the aristocracy. they firmly believe that some are inherently better than others and are inherently, divinely ordained to lead.

We are witnessing the death of representative democracy.

For the first time in 250 years the SC stripped a right from half of Americans. This court has stripped countless liberal policies from our governance, the latest of which is the right to representation. This court has made the President a king in all but term limit (and we will see where that leads)

That is the death knell of liberalism. The individual's right is no longer supreme. Liberalism is being replaced with oligarchy and autocracy.

The regressives are plotting and planning to turn our country into a one-party rule. We should all be terrified of the radical gerrymandering underway. that is a path to one party rule. Making the House work like the Senate where entire states have one party representatives and then complete control of the districts will INEVITABLY result in 1 party permanent representation on the state level. When a state has all it's districts as one party and that party controls the state there is literally nothing to stop that permanent control of the districts through gerrymandering.

That is just another nail in liberalism's coffin.

So, spend all your energy debating trans or gaza or inflation.

When representative democracy is being stripped from you and your vote will no longer matter.

As an aside, my vote hasn't mattered my entire life. I live in a blue district in a blue state. My vote has never had any sway over president or policy.

They are extending that concept to the rest of the country1
