Not these days, since the end of February I've lost 58 pounds. No Ozempic and no gimmicky diets. A permanent change to my eating habits and caloric intake and a significant increase in daily step count. Yesterday I had 26K steps and Monday I set a personal record of 32k steps. No more man ----- for me.
