I don't see D.C. being closed off. I see tRump militarizing it, crushing dissent, protests, banning and criminalizing graffiti, and more. Where have some of the most poignant protests taken place in our nation's history? The National Mall. The Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. The Washington Monument.
