There is a great deal that should be discussed before people decide to make serious, irreversible changes to their bodies. Is that really what they need, and are they making that decision free from political or social influence from others?

There are parameters regardless of how you look at it.
Even where abortion is legal, how far along the pregnancy is can determine whether and under what circumstances it is permitted.
The issue of abortion is now regulated primarily at the state level.
So even abortion isn't simply an unlimited "right to choose" without boundaries.

No one has an unlimited right to whatever healthcare they want or expect. Medical treatment is always subject to doctors, medical standards, insurance coverage, prescription laws, and other regulations.
So what exactly is the healthcare you're saying trans adults are being denied?
