Wealth is what's been accumulated by the individual, you know, the thing looked at with jealousy by those who do not have.

Income is as it's being made, at the point of creation.

I have no problem with taxing equal percentages for all Americans, as we are all equal. The rich still pay more. But lazy liberals/progressives only see money they wish they had, so they can do things they cant or to ease their conscience. Or be bums, which ever.

Having someone owe $1000 in taxes, then apply a bunch of tax breaks and giveaways that take it past that $1000 is criminal. Once that $1000 is reached, there should be nothing else given. No "overpayment", unless the taxpayer valid overpaid physically.
