It doesn't exactly help endear you to people when you work somewhere and discover people who are incompetent, slackers, or thieves.
And your job is to find inefficiencies and redundancies.
Add to that the fact that, oftentimes, the person you answer to, or even all of management, can't understand or direct your work.
Most of the time, I created my own job description, telling them what to expect and what I will do for them.
I never went to work for companies where the accounting was operating well.
It's no wonder I am who I am.
Actually, I'm a good guy who will dish it back once I've had enough.
I'm fairly mild-mannered until I'm not.
