I learned how to use tools and equipment as a youngster.
I still went to college and pursued a white collar career.
Learning how to use that stuff isn't sentencing someone to a trade. It's helpful in developing kids, just like reading classical literature.
Is that too hard for folks like ---- to understand?
Maybe it's because ---- never learned how to use a pipe wrench?

Did you RTFA?

"BASH: One of the things that's happening is there's a push to start students down a trade school track as early as elementary school. Is that too early?

LINDA McMAHON: I don't think so

BASH: But elementary school?

McMAHON: I think you can have some introduction of skilled trades in elementary school"

The question was about a "push to start students down a trade school track" but she (and you apparently?) chose to deflect from answering that question and instead present the strawman of "introduce skilled trades".

I don't think anyone has a problem with introducing skilled trades at an early age, to everyone. What it seems to me they have a problem with is selecting students at a young age and putting them on a "skilled trades track". The selection criteria being based on... probably their income level and race? (though no one would admit to it, it would just "happen to turn out that way" based on their completely unbiased Trump administration approved criteria), because it doesn't seem to me like judging their future academic capabilities at that point would be all that reliable.

So not only did you choose to throw your weight behind a strawman, but you doubled down on it with ad hominem attacks when it was questioned.

Eb, I respect you and opinions, and I know you are better than this. ;)

Clearly, Dummkopf Trumpf is in way over his head in terms of geo-politics, international economics, modern warfare, and just plain common sense. Moreover, Senile Satan is caught between two masters: ICC-indicted war criminals Benjamin Netanyahu and Vladimir Putin.

At the UN Security Council, Trumpf's own Board of Peace High Commissioner Nickolay Mladenov warned Israel that continuing to murder Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and arresting them arbitrarily is extending the very conditions that caused resistance fighters to counter-attack them in the first place on 7 October 2023.
