My theory? Folks can lie all they want at a podium, but once inside a courtroom, you've got to have PROOF to say that word in front of a judge. Otherwise, a lawyer can be sanctioned, fined, disbarred, or worse.

Now, nearly six years later, there is still ZERO evidence which allows them to utter that word INSIDE a courtroom. NONE.
