Is misappropriation a crime? If it is why didn't the grand jury indict? If its not then what are we complaining about exactly?
Also I thinks great they are looking for fraud and waste, especially in Florida. But this is the first time, Snoofy, Redial, Donorbot have seemed to care about it, or support it...
